The majority of the properties we manage are located in the South Bay within close proximity of our office. Our fee ranges from 6% to 8% of the gross rent collected. With this fee, our service includes the following:

*Handling Maintenance and Repair

*Collecting Rent, Insuring that it is Paid in a Timely Manner

*Up-To-Date Monthly Statements

*Paying Bills, Mortgages, and Property Taxes, if Applicable
